1. Delete your account from within Playloudr

Signed-in account holders can delete their own account directly. Open Account profile (the account menu in the bottom-left of the app, or playloudr.com/app/account), scroll to the Danger zone section, and choose Delete my account. You will be asked to confirm it is you (your password, or your Google sign-in) and to type DELETE.

This permanently removes the account, all of its artists, their smart links, pre-saves, promo gates, campaigns, uploaded files and collected fan data, and the sign-in record itself. Fans of the deleted artists stop receiving pre-save and promo emails. The same page also offers Export my data, which downloads a copy of the account’s information as JSON before deletion.

2. Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, or you are a fan whose information was collected by an artist, email hello@extraliferecords.com to request deletion of Playloudr information or information associated with a Playloudr Meta connection. You do not need to sign in to use this route.

In your request, include the email address associated with the Playloudr account, the artist or workspace name, and the relevant public campaign or page URL if one exists. Tell us whether you are asking about an account, an artist workspace, fan information, Meta connection data, or a specific campaign.

3. Do not send passwords or access tokens

Do not email a password, Meta access token, Spotify token, private key, payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information. We will ask for a safer way to verify the request if the information provided is not enough.

4. Disconnect Meta within Playloudr

If Meta connections are enabled for your account, open the Meta account panel in the Playloudr campaign or release advertising workspace and choose Disconnect Meta. The implemented action removes the Playloudr provider connection and stored server-side credential for the selected artist. Existing campaigns in Meta are not deleted by this action and may need to be paused or removed separately in Meta Ads Manager.

5. Remove Playloudr from Meta

You can also remove Playloudr from Meta’s Business Integrations settings. This is the Meta-side route for removing the app’s access. Meta controls the settings and confirmation screens, so the exact labels may change.

The repository shows deletion of the Playloudr-stored credential when you disconnect in Playloudr, but it does not show a remote Meta token-revocation request. Use both routes when you want to remove Playloudr access from Meta and remove the stored Playloudr connection.

6. What happens to the information

After verification, we will review the scope of the request and delete or anonymise the requested Playloudr account, artist, campaign, fan, analytics, uploaded-content, and connection records where applicable. Connected-platform records, existing Meta campaigns, and information already published or copied to another service may require action in that service as well.

Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, billing if applicable, dispute handling, audit records, backups, or the establishment or defence of legal claims. Any retained information will be limited to what is needed for that purpose and handled under the applicable requirements.

7. Identity verification and handling time

We may verify a request by confirming control of the account email, asking for the relevant artist or campaign details, or using another reasonable method that does not require you to share a password or access token. Requests are handled within the time and other requirements that apply under relevant law. We will contact you if clarification is needed.
