From a captured address to the next conversation

Your Promo Gates and artist pages give people a reason to join. Email gives you a way to follow up with those who agreed to receive marketing. Pick the subscribed fans, write the announcement and preview what will arrive on a phone before approving the send.

There is no need to remove fans just to keep your email bill predictable. Playloudr limits recipient sends, not the number of stored fan profiles. One announcement sent to 200 people uses 200 emails.

A clear allowance, without surprise overages

Allowances are shared across the account and reset each calendar month in UTC. Unused emails do not roll over. Sending is subject to activation, verification and list-quality checks. A campaign that exceeds the remaining allowance is not partially scheduled.

Your domain, when you have one

Connect your domain and send from an address such as hello@yourband.com. Playloudr provides ownership and email-authentication DNS records, then checks them before using the address.

If you do not own a domain, use a Playloudr newsletter address. Fans see your artist name followed by “via Playloudr”. Replies go to the billing owner’s verified email. Your business postal address and an unsubscribe link appear in the footer. Read the sending-domain guide for the differences.

Prepare an announcement in four steps

  1. Set up the sender. Choose Playloudr or connect a domain, add your artist name and business address.
  2. Write the email. Add artwork, a subject, a short story and a button to your listening page. Choose a colour theme.
  3. Review the audience and mobile preview. Only fans with recorded marketing permission are eligible. The selected recipient count is compared with your remaining allowance.
  4. Approve and schedule after activation. Send in the current calendar month, then inspect delivery, opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes. Cancel an unsent campaign to release its remaining reservation.

Useful reporting, with honest limits

Campaign reporting includes the full approved send and a delivery record for each processed recipient. See recorded first and latest opens and clicks, delivery timestamps, bounces, complaints and unsubscribes.

An open is a signal, not proof of attention: privacy tools can preload images and security scanners can open links. Playloudr labels these raw signals rather than presenting them as verified listeners. A delivery also does not guarantee placement in the main inbox.

The public release focuses on newsletters. Welcome and abandoned-checkout automation are not included in this initial customer rollout.
